In accordance with the legislation all companies must automatically enrol eligible employees into a workplace pension scheme. Employees can be split into three categories represented by our Bolt family, Tommy, Deidre and Sanjay.
KNOWLEDGE CENTRE
- I am aged 22 or over
- I am under State Pension Age
- I work (or usually work) in Great Britain or Northern Ireland
- I earn at least £10,000 per year (which is £833 per month) – either through full-time or part-time work
- I can be described as an eligible job holder
- I am aged under 22 or I am over State Pension Age but less than 75
- I work (or usually work) in Great Britain or Northern Ireland
- I earn at least £10,000 per year (which is £833 per month) – either through full-time or part-time work
- I can be described as a non-eligible job holder
- I am aged under 75 and I earn less than £5,772 per year (£481 per month)
- I work (or usually work) in Great Britain or Northern Ireland
- I can be described as an entitled worker
